RCR Design provides quality custom fabrication for both industrial and residential applications. We specialize in custom fabrication, CNC Machining, Routing, Milling and general Mill Work. RCR's Routing table is state of the art. Featuring a machining surface of 48" X 96" with A vacuum hold down system and a flood coolant table and mister for processing non ferrous materials & plastics.

Whether cutting metals, phenolics, plastic, and wood products or other types of material, our 3 axis CNC routing table can accommodate the job more efficiently

Our CNC router is capable of large scale jobs with it's 4 x 8 foot cutting format, vacuum hold down system, 12 inches of clearance under the gantry and high frequency spindle that cuts fast and accurately.
